SBA Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) Loans
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has launched a streamlined application portal to allow borrowers with Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans of $150,000 or less to apply for forgiveness directly through the SBA. If you received your first or second draw PPP loan from Affinity, you can now chose to apply for forgiveness directly with the SBA via their direct forgiveness portal.*

* If you chose to apply for forgiveness directly on the SBA portal, the SBA has also set up a PPP Customer Service team to answer questions and directly assist borrowers with their forgiveness applications. Borrowers that need assistance with the SBA Direct Forgiveness platform or have questions about their applications should call (877) 552-2692, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. EST. Platform is developed and managed by the SBA, Affinity will be notified if you apply thru the SBA portal, however we are not able to assist with questions relating to the SBA's direct forgiveness platform.
* In the event there is a discrepancy with the data as provided by the SBA Direct Forgiveness platform and the borrower, or if the SBA Direct Forgiveness Platform rejects your submission, you can then apply through Affinity's forgiveness portal. You cannot apply through both platforms.
Borrowers with loans greater than $150,000 must submit loan forgiveness applications through Affinity's PPP Member Portal, and not the SBA Direct Forgiveness platform.
Affinity's portal is open and we are accepting forgiveness applications for all PPP loans. You can access Affinity's PPP forgiveness portal here. The U.S. Small Business Administration is sending a cyber warning alert to loan applicants seeking federal aid in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Email phishing campaigns where malicious actors are impersonating the SBA and its Office of Disaster Assistance to collect personally identifiable information (PII) for fraudulent purposes have surfaced.
